Stranger usability testing at Kortaga

Before we call any screen on id.kortaga.com, kortaga.com/check, or K-board finished, real strangers who did not build it walk a five-step task list on their own phones and tell us every place a button, a word, or a step felt wrong.

Current status: between rounds (next paid round opens 2026-11-05)

The self-serve feedback form on this route is paused between rounds and re-opens on 2026-11-05 for the next paid stranger walk of our account home and K-board progressive web app.

How a Walkabout usability round works

  1. Five concrete steps on a real phone. Each tester walks a written five-step task (sign up, sign in, change avatar, inspect active sessions, and delete test account) without coaching.
  2. Separate store, zero IP tracking. Feedback submissions never touch credential or session KV stores and never record the tester's IP address or browser headers.
  3. Want to join the next paid usability round? Write to hello@kortaga.com with the phone model and browser you use daily.
